Buyer LOI & Signed SCO

Buyer submits a signed CTS/SCO and Letter of Intent (LOI) on company letterhead directly from a corporate email address.

FCO & ICPO Exchange

AMA issues a Full Corporate Offer (FCO). Buyer completes the ICPO with full company, banking, and compliance documentation.

SPA Executed & DLC/MT700 Issued

Sales & Purchase Agreement finalized. Buyer's bank issues a non-operative revolving DLC/MT700, activated by the seller's 2% performance bond.

04
Shipment, Inspection & Payment

Seller ships with full POP/shipping documents. Upon successful SGS inspection at discharge port, buyer releases 100% payment via MT103/TT.

  • No party shall directly or indirectly circumvent established intermediary relationships to bypass commission structures.
  • Commission structures for all mandates and brokers are clearly documented and legally protected under US law.
  • Breach of agreement subjects the violating party to full legal and financial liability.
  • All parties confirm they are acting as principal or authorized representative with full authority to transact.
